CEBRA is delighted to announce the recent appointment of Sharon Kozicki, Deputy Governor of the Bank of Canada, to the Senior Council of CEBRA.  

Dr. Kozicki joins existing Senior Council members such as Philip Lane, James Bullard, José De Gregorio, Philip Lowe, and John C. Williams, amongst others.   

CEBRA promotes policy-relevant research and represents the interests of central banks in the academic world.  Our vision is to build a focussed research infrastructure for central banks and their research staff that combines policy relevance with academic rigor.  CEBRA currently connects researchers from approximately 60 central banks, international financial institutions, and academic institutions from around the world.   

The Senior Council promotes the underlying purpose of CEBRA and comprises of current and former central bank governing board members and Federal Reserve Bank presidents who supported research during their tenure in office.  We are thrilled to have Dr. Kozicki join the Senior Council team and contribute her extensive expertise and knowledge to the future direction of CEBRA.
