We are pleased to announce a Call for Papers for the conference Heterogeneity & Inflation: From Microeconomic Variation to Macroeconomic Impact, jointly organised by the BIS Innovation Hub Eurosystem Centre, the BIS Monetary and Economic Department, CEPR, CEBRA, and Basel University.

Submission deadline: 15 March 2026.

The event will take place on 26–27 May 2026 at the BIS in Basel, and will explore how heterogeneous experiences and behaviours across agents and sectors influence aggregate inflation, its measurement, and policy. The programme features leading scholars and policy practitioners, with submissions invited on topics including micro–macro linkages, sectoral drivers, heterogeneous expectations, and data/methodological frontiers.  Full details and submission guidelines are available in the CFP.
