The Bank of Canada and Federal Reserve Board will host the 7th Central Bank Research Association (CEBRA) Workshop for Commodities and Macroeconomics in Ottawa on September 19-20, 2024.
We invite researchers at central banks and in academia to submit papers on the economics of commodity markets (including energy, metals, and agricultural products), their interaction with macroeconomic outcomes, and the implications of climate change and energy transition on these markets.
Deadline to submit: May 1, 2024

The workshop will feature a keynote by Ryan Kellogg (University of Chicago), who will present recent work on the impact of the energy transition on the oil industry.
