7th Conference on Nontraditional Data, Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing in Macroeconomics
The ECONDAT 2025 Fall Meeting and the 7th Conference on Nontraditional Data, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing in Macroeconomics will take place on October 15–16, 2025, in Ottawa. This year’s conference is hosted by the Bank of Canada and co-organized with Banca d’Italia, the Federal Reserve Board, Sveriges Riksbank, Bank of Japan, and the Central Bank Research Association (CEBRA) in conjunction with the Economics with Nontraditional Data and Analytical Tools (ECONDAT) Program.
The conference provides a platform for advancing research at the intersection of macroeconomics, financial economics, and emerging computational methods, with a focus on data science, nontraditional data sources and artificial intelligence techniques, including machine learning and natural language processing.
